Australia’s casino operator Star Entertainment has secured a critical refinancing commitment worth approximately Rs. 3,250 crore (USD 390 million) from funds linked to WhiteHawk Capital Partners, offering temporary financial relief as it navigates mounting liquidity challenges. The agreement follows an earlier in-principle deal and fulfills key conditions tied to covenant waivers granted earlier this year.
