Bolivia’s gambling regulator has intensified its oversight of the gaming sector, combining aggressive enforcement against illegal operators with support for regulated market growth. Over the past year, authorities approved more than 1,200 business promotions while simultaneously conducting nationwide raids targeting unlicensed establishments. The crackdown extended into the digital sphere, where illegal bingo operations conducted through social media and messaging platforms were dismantled.
